Ultimate Gaming enters New Jersey

2 July 2013

American online poker and bingo operator Ultimate Gaming has announced the signing of a deal that will see it provide Trump Taj Mahal Associates LLC with a range of real-money Internet casino games and poker titles.

A subsidiary of Fertitta Interactive LLC, which is itself majority-owned by land-based casino and restaurant operator Station Casinos LLC, Ultimate Gaming is the firm behind the UltimatePoker.com and recently had its intra-state interactive gaming system for Nevada certified by testing firm Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) LLC.

Ultimate Gaming is also the exclusive online gaming partner for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and the new agreement will see it provide the New Jersey land-based casino operator with an online offering using its proprietary technology platform and brands.

“Today we are excited to be entering into an agreement with Trump Taj Mahal Associates to bring online gaming to New Jersey,” said Tom Breitling, Chairman for Ultimate Gaming.

“This represents a huge step forward in our desire to offer Americans across the nation the opportunity to enjoy safe and regulated online games.”

“We feel our technology is a major advantage,” said Tobin Prior, Chief Executive Officer for Ultimate Gaming.

“Our proprietary software has been proven to meet regulatory requirements and allows for continuous investment and product development. The technology was acquired in 2011 and developed by a United States-based company with a completely clean regulatory profile.”

“Ultimate Gaming is a pioneer in the online gaming space and can provide a turnkey solution for our online gaming needs in New Jersey,” said Robert Griffin, Chief Executive Officer for Trump Entertainment Resorts Incorporated.

“We are delighted to be working with a trusted partner that has a proven track record.”
