SIS has agreed a deal to provide its new Greyhound Service in a ‘Watch & Bet’ format to Danske Spil in Denmark.

Under the agreement, Danske Spil will have access to the Greyhound Service, while SIS will also supply live pictures, commentary and data for British and Irish greyhounds across retail and online.

SIS’s greyhound service now stretches across a number of international markets.

William Hill recently became the first bookmaker to take the offering in a Watch & Bet format, while SIS signed deals with four Spanish bookmakers late last year and now 90% of the domestic retail market.

In addition, all major bookers operating in the UK have broadcast the Greyhound Service since the start of the year.

“We have only started offering greyhound races from the New Year and we are convinced that SIS’s Greyhound Service will give our customers exciting experiences and will be a driving force in increasing interest and sales on our Greyhound product on all our sales channels,” Danske Licens Spil head of sports betting, Jens Nielsen, said.

Sandra McWilliams, sales director at SIS, added: “We are thrilled to be working with Danske Spil to provide them with our SIS Greyhound Service and we believe the content will prove popular with their customers and generate significant revenues and profits as the service develops.”
