Poydras completes acquisition of Integrity Companies
Poydras has completed its previously announced acquisition of the Integrity Companies group.
Poydras, which specialises in leasing and financing gaming machines and related capital expenditure, first struck the acquisition agreement in September of last year.
The company will pay a total of $12.6 million (€11.6 million) for the group, which comprises Integrity Gaming, Aurora Gaming, and Integrity Gaming of Kansas.
The Integrity Companies group is a third-party provider of slot machines to Native American casinos.
Under the deal, all Integrity Companies operations will operate as subsidiaries of Poydras, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Poydras.
“The Integrity Companies have been valued partners since we entered the Oklahoma market in 2011 and we are proud to complete this acquisition,” Poydras chief executive Peter Macy said.
“Integrity is one of the premier providers of gaming equipment to Native American-owned casinos with a depth and breadth of relationships in the region that is unmatched.”
Integrity Companies president Philip Bowden added: “We are delighted to be joining the Poydras team and are excited at the growth opportunities that we will be able to pursue with the full support of Poydras’ balance sheet and capital markets access.”
