Digital marketing platform provider OtherLevels has extended its partnership with Camelot, the operator of the UK’s National Lottery, to include additional messaging capabilities.

Camelot has now integrated OtherLevels’ Web Push and Rich Inbox messaging services, which will enable it to better connect with National Lottery players via desktop and mobile.

Web Push is based on a desktop connection, while the Rich Inbox function will allow Camelot to reach all customers within its mobile application.

In addition, Camelot will have access to OtherLevels’ experienced Professional Services, which will support the integration of the OtherLevels platform and other third parties the firm uses for its marketing strategy.

OtherLevels technical experts will also help Camelot set up messaging strategies, as well as assist with campaign optimisation and sending managed campaigns.

“We’ve seen our revenue-per-1,000-messages double via OtherLevels Native App Push service, and we’re very confident that the addition of Web Push and Rich Inbox will have a hugely positive impact too,” Camelot’s head of CRM and digital player communications, Andy Dellbridge, said.

“None of this would have been achievable without the help of the experienced OtherLevels consultants and technical team, who have had a hands-on approach in setting up our messaging strategy, campaign optimisation and the sending of managed campaigns.”

Lance Standing, general manager EMEA at Camelot, added: “Our Web Push and Rich Box messaging services will provide Camelot with even greater reach, and we are confident that it will prove to be a powerful tool in its marketing strategy.”
