Multilotto has acquried a combined remote operating licence from the UK Gambling Commission.

Multilotto has acquired a combined remote operating license from the UK Gambling Commission.

The new license will enable Multilotto to offer various services to consumers in the UK market.

Confirmation of the UK license comes after Multilotto in April also acquired a remote gaming license from the Republic of Ireland National Excise License Office.

Thomas Biro, chief executive of Multilotto, said: “Our intention is to provide UK players with an alternative to the status quo. We want customers to know they can bet on huge jackpots like Powerball and Mega Millions, offering top prizes worth hundreds of millions and sometimes more.

“The first half of 2017 has proved very momentous as we have taken our business to new and exciting markets and we’re delighted with the progress our business is making.”

Last month, 500.com acquired a majority stake in Multi Group, the parent company of Multilotto.
