10 July 2017

German state lottery company Lotto has agreed to extend its partnership with Hertha Berlin, which competes in the country’s Bundesliga top division of club football.

Although terms of the deal were not disclosed, it was confirmed that Lotto will continue to benefit from advertising exposure inside the team’s Olympiastadion home ground.

The renewed deal also covers a range of other marketing rights related to official club media.

Hertha Berlin finished sixth in the 2016-17 Bundesliga and, as a result, qualified for the Uefa Europa League group stage.
