LCG appoints three non-executive directors
Online financial services and spread betting firm London Capital Group Holdings (LCG) has appointed Dr. Charles Poncet, Dimitri Goulandris and Julien Cohen as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
Poncet is a leading arbitration specialist, has been a practicing lawyer for more than 25 years and currently serves as chairman of shipping company Sogemco.
Goulandris has around 20 years' experience in the financial services sector, having spent eight years with Morgan Stanley and also founding private equity firm Whtiney & Company.
Cohen has worked for 15 years in general corporate management and financial investment and previously served as a major shareholder at combat vehicle manufacturer Panhard General Defence.
