Intralot appoints Donahue as chief executive in US

Intralot has appointed John Donahue as chief executive of its Intralot Inc. venture in the US.

Intralot has appointed John Donahue as chief executive of its Intralot Inc. venture in the US.

Donahue has 30 years of lottery and gaming experience in the global market and joins the company after 10 years as managing director of the international games division at Scientific Games.

Earlier in his career, Donahue was international sales director and Northern Europe sales and operations vice-president at GTECH Dreamport, now part of International Game Technology.

In addition, Donahue had a spell as chief executive of SIRIUS Gaming.

“I am very excited to join a very innovative company like Intralot and I am very impressed by their accomplishments in the US market,” Donahue said.

“Intralot has a fantastic customer portfolio and I look forward to building upon these relationships and expanding the business throughout the region.”
