GVC Holdings has confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of Cozy Games.

Although terms of the deal were not fully disclosed, Jay Dossetter, head of media relations at GVC, told iGaming Business that the acquisition will complement its existing B2B and B2C product offering.

Established in 2005, Cozy Games specialises in the development and delivery of various games, including bingo, classic and video slots, table games, scratch cards and network jackpots.

Licensed in both the UK and Malta, Cozy Games powers a wide range of bingo sites, such as Gone Bingo, Bingo VIP Club, Bingo1, Goldfish Bingo and Bingo Max.

“I can confirm that we acquired Cozy Games, as a complement to our existing B2B and B2C product offer,” Dossetter told iGaming Business.

“The acquisition is not material from a disclosure perspective and we aren’t making any formal announcement or disclosing further details.”

Earlier this month, GVC opted to sell off its Turkish-facing operations to Ropso Malta Limited for a performance related earn-out consideration of up to €150m ($178.4m).

The agreement relates to GVC’s Headlong Limited business and various other companies.
