Delaware smashes online gaming revenue record in April

The Delaware Lottery has revealed that the US state was able to break its online gaming revenue record for the second consecutive month in April.

The Delaware Lottery has revealed that the US state was able to break its online gaming revenue record for the second consecutive month in April.

Delaware’s three online casino operators won $267,801 (€237,554) last month, marginally more than the previous record of $260,539 set in March of this year.

The figure is also a stark comparison to the $132,154 that was collected in April last year.

Video lottery was the main source of income for the state in April, generating a total of $142,735 in revenue, while table games contributed $90,313.

Online poker was slightly down on a month-on-month basis with total revenue of $37,751, compared to $37,324 in March.

Delaware Park is the state’s most successful online gaming operator after it was able to win $154,926, compared to the $89,498 generated by Dover Downs and the $43,606 won by Harrington.
