A Bet A has joined forces with Kiron Interactive to roll out a new virtual games service in the UK and Ireland.

‘Betty VC’ will enable bookmakers to integrate 10 virtual sports in-shop with customised branding.

The new service features virtual versions of sports such as football and horse racing, as well as various fixed-odds betting markets and the ‘Punter’s Jackpot’ progressive jackpot pool game that was launched by the two companies last year.

Customers will also be able to view the virtual channel on their own smartphone or tablet device whilst placing bets in the shop.

Jason Hardman, operations manager at A Bet A, said: “Betty VC provides an inexpensive virtual games product which bookmakers can deploy with the minimum of fuss.

“Virtual sports have become an increasingly important part of bookmakers’ product mix and we wanted to create a service which offered full functionality while remaining accessible to all retailers.”
