Lock Casino’s bad business practice brought them to the LCB’s warning list

Lock Casino and Lock Poker seemed to be a good destination for all fans of casino games.  Players were interested in their games, bonus promotions and they were also willing to deposit their money. Just to let you know that their games were powered by eminent software providers such as BetSoft and Real Time Gaming which was another reason why players wanted to open their accounts with them.  Players raved about very fast withdrawal processes and the US players were very happy because Lock casino’s door were wide open for them. Unfortunately, everything turned upside down.  
 
Not long after the casino was added to LCB lists and Gerry, a casino rep, joined our forum in June 2012 complaints started pouring in. Rep’s responses were fast at the beginning and everything seemed to be under control. Gerry was very responsive, posting his replies regularly on the forum but as the time was passing by, he stopped solving people’s issues. It seemed he disappeared, leaving behind a bunch of unresolved cases.
 
What were players actually complaining about? The main issue were the complaints regarding extremely slow payouts. Another reason was unresponsive live support that was supposed to be at players’ service round the clock. Every time someone, included LCB, tried to reach their support asking for the assistance, there was nobody available. Not a single word from them! Lots of LCB’s messages left unanswered. Other reports were about their website which was not functional at all. At first it seemed that the casino is up and running perfectly. Apparently, it was not the case because both download and instant version did not work properly.
 
Since there were endless complaints piling in the direct support topic, in January 2013 the casino hit the LCB’s warning with the following label: Warning: Players can expect slow/delayed or NO payments. The company's Curacao online gambling license has apparently been invalidated. We have also tried to get in contact with the rep several times with no response.
 
After the warning had been issued, Lock casino team decided to salvage their reputation. They managed it but only for a short time. Since their bad business practice continued, a warning sign was added again and remained there ever since. Finally the casino was closed in 2015.
