Job Description: 

Exciting opportunity to join a leading gaming business who specialise in the development of entertaining, creative games software for the retail and online sector.

This position will cover all aspects of a gaming machine, software, and hardware.

Reporting in Managing Director/Head of After Sales, you will be responsible for;

  • Spare parts and product advice for consumers and resellers
  • Recording and processing of spare parts orders, as well as the prior consultation
  • Improving the local service network in close cooperation with the local management and the department head of customer service in Germany
  • Documenting market feedback
  • Assist performing specialized translations (e.g., service bulletins)
  • Carry out the Spanish complaint management
  • Responsible assisting to resolve / resolving all software and hardware related issues
  • Being able to repair less complex electronic malfunctions if needed on location
  • Liaise with the HQ in German service department on all technical issues
  • Willingness to travel to the HQ in Germany for training purposes
  • Assisting commercial staff during formal customer meetings
  • Perform to the highest possible standards concerning confidentiality and safety
  • Organization and support of on-site service training

You will hold;

  • Education in electronics or software engineering
  • Excellent skills MS Office and other software
  • Outstanding Customer and service focus
  • High-level technical experience in the land based gaming industry preferred
  • Native Spanish or excellent communication skills in Spanish
  • Very good English communication skills
  • German language highly desirable but not essential
  • Flexible, reliable and able to work independently
  • Driving License
