I am looking for an experienced Program Manager within the gaming industry to take the next step up in their career. You will be joining an innovative sports-tech entertainment company that is changing the way consumers engage with their favourite sports, teams, and leagues.
They are looking for a Senior Program Manager with experience working with Sports & Casino to join the growing team delivering across the innovative product base. Working directly with Program Managers, Project Managers and Engineers, internally with our key teams and third party delivery partners, you will help deliver the exciting and innovative roadmaps whilst strategically thinking and planning ahead. You will have a collaborative leadership style, building relationships with people to facilitate a culture of trust.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of the portfolio and program management of Sportsbook (online & retail) & Casino delivery within the portfolio.
Lead and inspire a team of program & project managers to deliver the company's product vision.
Work as part of a multi-skilled team, contributing to and enhancing the project and program management community.
Work with internal stakeholders & third parties to scope work, set business goals & identify appropriate resources.
Track and report on delivery progress, develop schedules, provide critical issue management, balance trade-offs, and encourage risk-taking to maximize business value.
Align & relationship manage internal and third party delivery partners as part of an overall delivery stream view.
Coordinate geographically dispersed teams.
Build, manage and coach teams.
Create and maintain portfolio roadmaps and backlogs, collaborating with project & product managers.
Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of products to market
Be trusted to use whatever project management tools are appropriate for the situation
A track record of Sportsbook and/or Casino gaming delivery
Advocate for Agile practices with an ability to coach and mentor teams in this delivery style.
Knows how to get the best out of internal and 3rd party delivery teams, some of them geographically distributed.
Passionate about creating a culture that builds and enables high performing multidisciplinary teams
Has experience of working directly with engineering teams
Excellent facilitation skills with an adaptive team & coaching style
Organised and transparent with regards to strategic planning, milestones and deliverables
Good relationship manager and negotiator, able to build agreements with business stakeholders across all levels
