This leading Sports and Lottery focused iGaming business are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join their business and take control of the recruitment lifecycle.
The Recruitment Manager is a newly created role, reporting to and working with the Head of HR. You will have responsibility for setting and maintaining the recruitment strategy and process across the business both in the UK and Internationally.
They are an agile, fast-paced business, who are looking for someone who thrives on change, enjoys innovation, can challenge the status quo and can adapt to the fluid priorities of the business.
As the Recruitment Manager you will have the skills to operate as a Business Partner to hiring managers, building and maintaining a pipeline of high calibre candidates suitable for current and future opportunities across the range of functions.
Other key areas of responsibility include: Working with the business on employer branding, devising and implementing new recruitment campaign strategies, continual data analysis with regards to candidate attraction and working with the wider HR team to develop the reward offering.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of the full recruitment life-cycle within either an iGaming or technology focused company.
A degree or an equivalent relevant qualification is highly desirable.
Strong head-hunting skills and an ability to build meaningful relationships with potential candidates.
