Japanese Country Manager (Native Japanese Speaker) – Remote

I am looking for an experienced Japanese Country Manager in the iGaming sector. 

Responsibilities:

• Full country profit and loss responsibility.
• Self-starter and quick decision-maker with a proven ability to research, ideate, and execute marketing campaigns with minimal or no resources or supervision (although you will have both at your disposal).
• Guide the Acquisition team to develop and implement effective and profitable acquisition strategies and assist with Japanese affiliate recruitment and retention, including at physical industry events.
• Guide the CRM & Promotions teams to shape the local calendar of events and promotions and implement effective retention strategies.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple internal and external teams to ensure the business targets in your territory are met.
• Responsible for localisation of products, together with the content team.
• Provide insight into the local market and competitors. This will include an analysis of the proposition of our key competitors, understanding the gaps and recommending actionable improvements, prioritising them according to impact/cost ratio.
• Responsible for weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting for your territory across key customer and business metrics.
• Guide Partnerships team to drive brand awareness through an advanced mix of onsite, offsite and social media marketing communication.

If you have the following: 

– Native Japanese speaker & Fluent in English
– Previously worked as a Marketing Manager or ideally Country Manager 
– Experience in the Japanese market
– Experience in the iGaming industry
