Job Description: 

An immediate In-house Recruiter role has arisen to work for an expanding global digital marketing company based in Dublin.

The Opportunity

This is an immediate requirement for the organisation helping to attract talent and build pipelines across the growing group.

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for someone to really create and execute effective sourcing strategies at a time of growth for the company.

You will develop and manage relationships both internally and externally through various media and attending events and recruitment expos.

Managing the end to end recruitment process, PSL relationships and promoting internal referral programs is essential and you will also be involved in the on-boarding process.

Qualifications and Experience:

You will ideally have at least 3 years recruitment experience within a technology or marketing based company.

We would also welcome applicants from agency backgrounds with digital, technology or marketing experience.

You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to liaise with people at all levels and have a proven track record in delivering to deadlines.
