Job Description: 

We are seeking to recruit one key individual, Head of On-line Casino / CRM , for our customer who is looking to build and grow the on-line casino and gaming division of the land based operation based in Geneva.

The ideal candidate would need previous experience of on-line casino marketing and operations.

You would also need to speak fluent French and English.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of online games and your team.

• Develop the raw product of online games, while defining the Marketing strategy (recruit and retain customers)

• Contribute to the implementation of processes and operational and technical needs, ability to build up its own operational team.

• Stay informed about market trends, competition, customer service issues, technology.

• Analyze the numbers: produce reports, track performance indicators (conversion, average basket, traffic) and be creative in suggesting actions to increase turnover. 

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position in the Online Games sector

• Experience working in a customer-focused environment and demonstrated ability to create systems and procedures to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions. •

• Skills in verbal and written communication in French and English.
