Job Description: 

Newly created position to join a leading organisation who provide solutions to the gaming, sports and lottery industries, who are experiencing growth from that of startup to medium sized operation.

Reporting directly to the founders, this exciting position will require someone to cover a broad range of duties, managing the department heads and central functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance and IT.

You will be highly operational, process driven and lead the transition, implement processes and formalise the organisational structure of the business as it grows.

Will suit young, ambitious individual who is seeking a step up in career to that of General Manager.


  • Manage implementation of business processes and systems in central team
  • Development and implementation of hiring practices, employee training/development, resource management
  • Maintaining relationships of key suppliers to central business functions
  • Assisting the Directors with contractual negotiations
  • Ensuring productivity across all areas of the business
  • Help implement and maintain a strong culture in line with the Directors vision
  • Actively lead and participate in decisions

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills
  • Track record of providing strategic and operational leadership from planning and execution, successful leadership in high growth environment
  • Strong operational and project management skills
  • Highly diligent with experience with contract negotiation and compliance
  • Commercially and financially astute
  • Genuine interest in technology and trading
  • Highly competitive, but understands the importance of team work
  • Excellent communication and people management
  • A hands-on attitude to leadership
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of senior management within B2B, B2C or trading operation.
  • Educated to at least degree level
