Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to automate Support, operations, chats, KYC processes and transaction checks.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define data requirements and business rules.
• Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to detect fraudulent activities, verify customer identities, and improve transaction monitoring.
• Evaluate and validate model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for efficiency, scalability, and real-time processing.

Main Requirements:

• Strong background in statistical analysis, and data mining.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (TypeScript, React and Node)
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with fraud detection, anomaly detection, or similar areas is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex, large-scale datasets.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
