Are you a sports enthusiast with a passion for digital media, CRM and marketing analytics? We are seeking a CRM Manager in New York City to join a global sports streaming media company with over 3,000 employees in nearly 35 countries, broadcasting more than 8,000 sport events per year around the world. Our client is one of the defining companies of the sports industry over the last decade.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a fun, dynamic and fast-growing global entity as they continue to build their North America operations with this newly-created CRM Manager role. Reporting to the Director of CRM, you will support and drive CRM operations and the Company’s customer communications strategy, executing on the day-to-day operational requirements, creative development and content delivery for each campaign. Serving as a project lead for CRM operations, you will plan, coordinate and execute CRM strategy for the U.S. and Canadian markets. You will also help support the CX strategy for North America.
Utilizing well-rounded knowledge of digital and data-driven marketing, you will identify what influences customers and what they value, and will initiate game changing, multi-channel marketing experiences that resonate with and engage the customers with the goal of driving retention and subscriber growth. You will also produce reports and provide full analysis on the performance of the Company’s CRM activities and subscription life cycle.
Are you qualified? The successful candidate will have:
4+ years of CRM experience; additional experience in a finance analytics role is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
The ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and collaborative international environment with a unique culture – a start-up mentality while being part of a large, global entity.
Experience effectively leading an end-to-end marketing campaign associated with a: sports, digital, mobile, media, entertainment, lifestyle, or brave FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) brand is required. In-house or agency experience driving digital marketing initiatives for a major brand or sports entity is preferred.
Proficiency with using Marketing Automation Technology Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other business tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with the motivation, commitment, enthusiasm and drive to define clear goals and execute plans that achieve results.
Interest in the sports industry is a plus.
