Job Description: 

The iGaming Academy is the only provider of ready-made training programmes that have been developed in line with the regulatory requirements and training needs of Casino and iGaming companies within many jurisdictions – such as UK, Malta, US – NJ and other EU states.

The iGaming Academy is looking for an experienced Account Manager with B2B experience and strong client management background.


  • Managing existing client relationships
  • Managing client online learning platforms by setting up and rolling out online training
  • Proactively maintaining contact with clients and providing regular updates on IGA products and services
  • Presenting IGA products and services in a structured professional way
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries

Role requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B role
  • Strong client management background
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and team building skills
  • Excellent written communication and presentation abilities
  • Possess a high proficiency in oral and written English
  • Previous work experience in the iGaming sector would be considered an advantage
