Global Cash Access

7 October 2003

LAS VEGAS – Oct. 7, 2003 – Global Cash Access (GCA), the leading supplier of cash access and customer relationship marketing technologies to the gaming industry, has formed an alliance with Hibernia National Bank, a Forbes 500 company with $17.9 billion in assets and more than 260 bank locations in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi.

Under the agreement, GCA will incorporate its Casino Cash Plus® 3-in-1 ATM product with Hibernia National Bank ATMs that are located in gaming properties, effective Jan. 1, 2004.

“Our alliance with Hibernia National Bank brings additional relationships to our business and provides lending strength to the gaming properties we serve,” said Kirk Sanford, CEO of GCA. “We are looking forward to a rewarding affiliation with this well-respected institution.”

The Casino Cash Plus 3-in-1 ATM, one of GCA’s most popular ATMs, is widely accepted due to its convenience to casino patrons and proven profitability to casino operators. It has a patented roll-over feature that gives patrons the option of obtaining funds via ATM cash withdrawals, credit card cash advance or POS debit cash advances. Statistics show that a significant percentage of standard ATM cash request transactions at gaming properties are denied because of bad personal identification numbers, exceeded limits or insufficient funds. If a patron is denied one of the transactions types requested, the Casino Cash Plus 3-in-1 ATM automatically gives the option of obtaining funds via another transaction method.
