Greek lotteries and gaming solutions provider Intralot has reported an 8.5% year-on-year decline in revenue for the first quarter of its financial year, following weaker performances from all key business units.
Igaming platform and software provider GAN has said that it expects revenue for 2018 to come in ahead of market expectations after the business was boosted by a strong performance in the second half of the year.

Gaming solutions provider NYX Gaming Group has entered into a share price agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Amaya Inc., a B2B business that comprises Amaya Gaming subsidiaries Chartwell Technology and CryptoLogic Limited.
