ComeOn selects Featurespace to improve player protection from real-time fraud attack

ComeOn, a world-leading online gaming platform, has agreed a partnership with Featurespace, the gaming sector’s number one machine learning fraud prevention company.

The collaboration will see Featurespace’s ARIC™ platform integrated into ComeOn’s system to improve player protection from fraud attacks, without impacting the customer experience.

Featurespace’s real-time, machine learning ARIC™ platform detects anomalies in behaviour for fraud and risk management. Featurespace was created out of Cambridge University’s Engineering Department, co-founded by world-renowned experts in applied statistics, Professor Bill Fitzgerald and Dave Excell.

The agreement further underlines ComeOn’s commitment to innovation and continues to put the customer at the heart of the ComeOn player experience.

ComeOn Director Jovin Genovese:
”Following an extensive global search for a fraud system that would identify new types of fraud as they occur, we chose Featurespace’s ARIC platform because it far outweighed anything we had seen. Working with Featurespace ensures that our customers are protected by the most sophisticated fraud and customer management platform on the market.”

Featurespace CEO Martina King:
“We are proud to be partnering with ComeOn to deliver our ARIC platform. It has been a pleasure working with the pioneering ComeOn team, who do all they can to create the safest environment for their customers.”
