XL Media set for London flotation
Israeli gaming marketing company XL Media is set to be floated on the London Stock Exchange, according to UK newspaper the Daily Telegraph.
XL Media’s chairman Chris Bell is a former chief executive officer of UK bookmaker Ladbrokes, and the report said that it is hoped that the flotation will value the company at £60 million (€73 million/$100 million).
XL Media has appointed bankers Cenkos Securities to lead the flotation. XL Media provides digital marketing services to Ladbrokes, William Hill and 888.com, and is hoping to raise between £18 million and £24 million as part of the listing.
Israeli technology entrepreneur Ory Weihs is the chief executive officer and, along with his fellow co-founders, controls 24.1% of the business.
XL Media works with more than 150 online gambling websites.
