Jamie Hart, director of innovation and customer experience at William Hill, has confirmed his exit from the company.

Hart was in his second spell with William Hill, having rejoined the bookmaker in 2008 to oversee in-house development.

During his time with the company, he played a major role in the development of the WHLabs industry innovation incubator.

Hart also oversaw the development and integration of ‘Project Trafalgar’, the company’s in-house developed platform that was launched last year.

Confirmation of Hart’s departure comes after William Hill in January announced that online managing director Andrew Lee was to exit the firm, with Crispin Nieboer stepping into the role on an interim basis.

William Hill also recently appointed Kevin O’Connor, formerly of Paddy Power, as its new group chief information officer.
