Realistic Games has promoted commercial director Andy Harris to the role of chief executive.

Harris had been serving as commercial director since joining the firm in 2012 and recently undertook a strategic review of the business to form a detailed business plan.

Under the leadership of Harris, Realistic Games will implement this business plan as part of its longer-term strategy.

“We have a fantastic business and an exceptional team, and are very proud of our ability to deliver great content to a wide range of excellent operating partners,” Harris said.

“However, we have a significant appetite to improve the company in many ways, and have set ourselves some ambitious future goals and targets.

“We hope to achieve these by intelligently delivering the new business plan.”

Prior to joining Realistic Games, Harris spent time in a number of senior roles with Rank Group, BetVictor and Ladbrokes.
