Online operator PKR has moved to appoint administrators as it seeks to clear up its future.

Last week, the PKR.com website ceased operation and visitors were greeted with a message that said both PKR Ltd and PKR Technologies Ltd are suffering from financial issues and are in the process of “taking professional advice”.

PKR later updated the notice to say it had filed for administration orders, and has now confirmed that David R Taylor and Matthew R M Wild of RSM Restructuring Advisory will serve as joint administrators.

The company has urged any enquiries relating to PKR Ltd or PKR Technologies Ltd to be addressed to the administrators.

PKR added: “The joint administrators and their staff will endeavour to reply to all queries as soon as reasonably practicable however, due to the anticipated high volume of emails, responses may be subject to some delay.

“Further updates will be posted to this website in due course as and when available.”
