New Jersey online gaming revenue up again in July

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has revealed that revenue from regulated online gambling activities in the state increased 18.5% year-on-year in the month of July.

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has revealed that revenue from regulated online gambling activities in the state increased 18.5% year-on-year in the month of July.

Last month, internet gaming win totalled $20.6m (€17.5m), compared to $17.4m in the July 2016.

However, casino win fell by 4.1% year-on-year to $247.3m, which in turn meant that total gaming win for the state in July came in at $267.9m, down 2.7% from $275.3m in July last year.

For the seven months through to the end of July, internet gaming win amounted to $142m, up 26.6% on the corresponding period last year.

Casino win for the seven-month period also increased by 0.5% year-on-year to $1.42bn, with total gaming win for climbing 2.4% to $1.56bn.
