Intralot brokers $340m deal with Illinois State Lottery

Intralot has signed a 10-year deal worth an estimated $340m (€272.9m) with the Illinois State Lottery in the US
Intralot has signed a 10-year deal worth an estimated $340m (€272.9m) with the Illinois State Lottery in the US. Under the agreement, brokered with Camelot Illinois, Intralot will provide the operator with system solutions and a full suite of end-to-end systems through to October 2027. The deal covers the installation of technology solutions in approximately 7,500 retail locations across the state of Illinois, including the next generation of the Intralot Photon terminals and the Genion ticket checker. Intralot will also introduce WinStation 30, a player-operated terminal featuring a high-definition touchscreen In addition, Intralot will provide digital channel integration points to the central system, printers, a full suite of peripheral devices, a retailer communication network, a retailer financial portal, asset tracking systems, inbound retail call centre management and field service support. John Donahue, chief executive of Intralot Inc., a subsidiary of Intralot Group, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this long-term contract to serve the State of Illinois and Camelot Illinois. “We have been a successful technology partner with Camelot elsewhere in the world, and together we will prove to be the right combination for the State of Illinois Lottery.”
