IG Group confirms Mainwaring as CFO

IG Group has confirmed the appointment of Paul Mainwaring as chief financial officer following the receipt of regulatory approval.
IG Group has confirmed the appointment of Paul Mainwaring as chief financial officer following the receipt of regulatory approval.
Mainwaring was named in the role earlier this month, but the company could not complete the appointment until it secured the relevant approval.
As well as chief financial officer, Mainwaring will serve as an executive director of IG Group.
Mainwaring was previously a director of Tullett Prebon from 2006 to 2016.
