Online gaming company Ganapati has withdrawn its application for a UK gambling licence.

The company said it came to the decision after “constructive dialogue” with the UK Gambling Commission, with the application having been put forward in the name of Ganapati.

The firm says its Ganapati Malta Ltd Malta-based subsidiary is now considered the most appropriate applicant to secure approval for gambling activities in the UK and other territories.

Ganapati is planning to submit new applications through the Malta subsidiary in the near future.
