Gaming Realms raises additional funds

Gaming Realms has conditionally raised just over £1.1m (€1.2m/$1.5m) in funds through a conditional subscription of 10,295,455 new ordinary shares.

Gaming Realms has conditionally raised just over £1.1m (€1.2m/$1.5m) in funds through a conditional subscription of 10,295,455 new ordinary shares.

Shares were priced at 10 pence each in the capital of the company at a price of 11 pence per subscription share.

The issued shares represent approximately 3.8% of the existing issued capital in the company.

Gaming Realms said that it intends to use the new funds to help “increase unique game creation” to enhance its games library for its real money-gaming platform and licensing the content on its remote game server.

The company expects admission of the subscription shares to become effective on or around August 14, with dealing also to commence at this time.
