Gaming Realms raises £2.5m through share subscription

Gaming Realms has raised approximately £2.5 million (€3 million/$3.3 million) through a subscription of 12,500,000 new ordinary shares.

Gaming Realms has raised approximately £2.5 million (€3 million/$3.3 million) through a subscription of 12,500,000 new ordinary shares.

The shares were offered at between 10 to 20 pence each.

The total share count will represent 4.56% of the firm’s enlarged share capital.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the company’s first deferred consideration due to RealNetworks of $4 million, following the its acquisition of various assets from the firm in August 2015.
