Kristof Fahy has opted to step down from his role as chief customer officer at Ladbrokes Coral Group.

Fahy joined Ladbrokes in 2015 as chief marketing officer before going on to take up the customer-focused role following the merger with Coral last year.

He had previously been employed as chief marketing officer at William Hill, having also held roles at Yahoo!, Orange and Blackberry.

In a statement, Ladbrokes Coral said that Fahy will leave the company before the end of September, adding that it has no immediate plans to seek a replacement.

The firm said: “Following the successful integration of the marketing functions and the aligning of the marketing budgets to the retail and digital executives, our chief customer officer, Kristof Fahy has decided it is time to leave the business and seek new opportunities.”
