eQube Gaming has entered into a software licensing agreement with TeknoBingo Scandinavia.

eQube Gaming has entered into a software licensing agreement with TeknoBingo Scandinavia.

Under the deal, eQube will acquire the right to distribute and licence TeknoBingo software under its own brand as part of a suite of online bingo products for global markets.

eQube said it will place an initial focus on the UK and Irish markets.

The software licensing agreement replaces eQube’s earlier non-binding letter of intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of TeknoBingo.

Kent Tong, chief executive and director of eQube, said: “eQube's goal is to become the leading provider of technology and operational tools in the global charitable and community gaming markets.

“We have been working with Teknobingo over the last year and we are confident that the software will be effective in growing revenue in strategically important European markets.

“Teknobingo software is a great addition to our eBingo solutions toolkit.”
