Daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator Oulala is to launch its monetised platform in Australia and India ahead of the new football season.

The move will be supported by a white label agreement between OulalaGames and Cardinal House Group, an Australian B2B and B2C provider of online social gaming products and real-money gambling platforms.

Oulala allows users to create a fantasy football team and compete against friends or other players to win real-money prizes.

“At Oulala, we are excited to offer our platform to football lovers in India, Australia and other nearby countries,” Oulala chief executive Valery Bollier said.

“This is the next logical step for us in pursuing our mission to become the leading global daily fantasy network for football.”

Graham Martin, chairman of Cardinal House Group and a former member of the Oulala board of directors, added: “Oulala has proven itself to be a ground-breaker in daily fantasy football in Europe, and its innovative DFS platform has great potential in other markets too.”

Malta-based Oulala also said that it will be shortly announcing partnerships with a range of online gaming operators as part of the expansion of its B2B network.

The company added that it expects to become the first DFS brand to be licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, under its future skill game licence.
