Dafabet has integrated the iCore enterprise gaming platform from Comtrade Gaming as part of a move to boost its engagement with customers.

iCore will serve as Dafabet’s complete back-end solution, with the operator to use the system to manage multi-channel customer relationships, analyse online activity and enhance operational strategies.

Comtrade added that the system is capable of handling thousands of bets each second, as well as automating real-time bonusing features and collecting player data to respond to individual consumer profiles.

“Migrating the entire back-end platform as a live operator involves massive risks if not done correctly; Comtrade seamlessly managed the process for us and the transition created an instant, positive effect on our business,” Dafabet chief executive Dimi Karatzas said.

“The new platform will help us grow and meet business demands as the market becomes more competitive.”

Steven Valentine, director of interactive at Comtrade, added: “We made a promise to Dafabet to replace their back-end and immediately improve their business without any short term negative impacts during integration, and once again we delivered on our promises.

“Our vast experience and flexible approach with individual client needs makes us the first choice for operators looking to improve their platform technology.”
