Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE) has agreed a deal with NYX Gaming Group to re-launch its CaesarsCasino.com brand through the Open Platform System (OPS) in the US state of New Jersey.

CaesarsCasino.com will use the platform to boost player marketing and loyalty services, as well as support its portfolio of NYX desktop and mobile games and third-party content supplier network.

The deal also includes options to grow the relationship, pending expansion of online gaming in the US or CIE’s strategy in New Jersey.

The new agreement expands on a relationship that began in September last year, when CaesarsCasino.com launched a range of NYX content.

“This is an immense opportunity for NYX and we are thrilled that CIE has chosen to further our partnership,” NYX chief product officer Americas, Kevin Vonasek, said.

“CIE is absolutely a key partner for NYX as we continue to execute our US strategy in anticipation of future casino iGaming expansion beyond New Jersey, Delaware and Nevada.

“This agreement is a testament to both the quality and flexibility of our platform and the exceptional working relationship we've enjoyed with CIE to date.”

Marco Ceccarelli, senior vice-president and chief information officer at CIE added: “CaesarsCasino is excited to be supported by an award-winning and deeply-functional platform in NYX’s OPS; the platform and games will undoubtedly be catalysts for future growth in New Jersey.“
