Betgenius expands Italian portfolio with SkyBet.it

SkyBet.it has become the latest Italian gambling operator to enter a marketing partnership with Betgenius.

SkyBet.it has become the latest Italian gambling operator to enter a marketing partnership with Betgenius.

Under the agreement, Betgenius will work with SkyBet.it’s digital partner, pay-television broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, to provide the firm with a “contextual advertising experience”.

Visitors to the Sky Sport Italia website will receive relevant betting suggestions from SkyBet.it, based on content they are viewing across the platform’s football coverage.

“We think that this deal will help us boost our acquisition and, even more, increase customer retention through the provision of relevant information and added value,” SkyBet.it media and partnership manager Davide Magni said.

The agreement comes after Betgenius last month also secured a deal to provide SNAI Group’s online sportsbook with a series of digital marketing activities.

Jack Davison, managing director at Betgenius, added: “This deal is another example of how Betgenius creates innovative digital marketing solutions that boost engagement and drive down acquisition costs.

“Highly targeted, relevant marketing is very much the future and we are excited to partner SkyBet.it to help grow its sportsbook with this service.”
