Gaming marketing optimisation specialist Beehive has bolstered its relationship with Ladbrokes by agreeing to supply it CRM tools for the bookmaker’s retail estate.

Beehive already provides Ladbrokes with a similar set of solutions for its online channels and will now expand this to also cover retail outlets.

Ladbrokes will benefit from a CRM engine that segments customers, while the bookmaker will be able to send relevant marketing messages to help maximise customer value and boost retention rates.

The deal is Beehive’s first retail partnership in the UK market.

Adi Dagan, founder and chief executive of Beehive, said: “In such a competitive industry in which the battle to acquire and retain customers is so fierce I’m confident that our platform will give Ladbrokes an edge over its rivals.

“It’s a real feather in our caps that they have chosen Beehive to boost their CRM capabilities, and I’m sure our proven technology will provide them with a quick and quantifiable return on investment.”
