888 hands non-executive director role to Zivlin

888 has appointed Zvika Zivlin as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

888 has appointed Zvika Zivlin as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Zvika, who has experience working with international businesses across a host of industries, is the founder and managing partner of Tulip Capital Partners, the exclusive partner of Wells Fargo Securities in Israel.

In addition, Zvika currently sits on the advisory board of data storage company Infinidat,

Brian Mattingley, non-executive chairman of 888, said: “We are delighted to welcome Zvika to the 888 board; I am confident that his skill set and broad experience will be of considerable benefit to 888 as we continue to grow and develop as a global leader in online gaming.”

Meanwhile, 888 has confirmed that Amos Pickel has stood down as a non-executive director of the company.

Amos has served on the 888 board since March 2006 and the firm had previously announced that he would be leaving his role.

Mattingley said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Amos for his significant contribution to the board over the past 11 years.

“Amos has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to 888 throughout a period of significant growth for the company and we wish him well in his future endeavours.”
