Job Description: 

Exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation that specialises in online gambling platform solutions and robust transaction management with focus on big data and operational scalability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Align training and development with organizational strategy
  • To understand the platform features and functionalities inside out
  • To present pre sales demos to potential clients, showcasing the potential of the platform
  • To create all training materials and templates for the training department
  • To build customer training programs based on customer needs and perform on site training to the customers
  • To build and maintain the knowledge base
  • To build the “How to articles” for the platform help section
  • To create “How to videos” featuring functionalities on the platform
  • To present new features to the clients
  • Evaluating training programs within the industry

Your Skills:

  • Solution oriented thinking – prioritising customer satisfaction and result
  • Ability to present and teach comfortably in public
  • At least 3 years of experience as a B2B Trainer or Product Manager
  • Knowledge and understanding of IGaming products and platforms
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively as well as ability to listen
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Extremely organized and self-motivated
