This leading retail and online gaming business have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Gaming to join their business and lead the growth of the business.

About this opportunity

As the Head of Gaming you will hold a depth of responsibility across, Customer Engagement, Customer Care, VIP Management, and Product Management & Development.

It’s a new role within the business and will be shaped to the individual they hire.

The client is seeking an individual who has strong experience working with Casino & Games across:

  • VIP Management – programs & also Account Management
  • Product Development
  • Omni-Channel exposure
  • Customer Care knowledge/experience

Your qualifications and experience

  • Online Casino/Games background is essential
  • Strong customer focused position previously held
