The role:

Working for a customer focused exciting company that is at the forefront of their industry. The ideal candidate will have suitable experience working within a pro-active environment and take on the ownership of all the digital marketing output of the business.

Key duties:

  • Full responsibility and accountability of delivering marketing targets and KPI’s
  • Developing comprehensive online and offline marketing plans and strategies
  • Develop and lead a digital marketing team within the areas of Acquisition, Retention and SEO
  • Managing all digital acquisition channels via the Acquisition team
  • Managing all digital retention channels via the Retention team
  • Ensuring synergy and consistency across all digital marketing activities

The person:

  • Ideally a degree in online marketing, digital media or similar
  • Highly experienced in both digital online Acquisition and Retention marketing including SEO
  • Proven track record in successful execution of building a marketing team and delivering results
  • Be a strong and inspirational leader to creates leaders
  • Be full of creative ideas and be able to deliver them
  • Able to deliver precise and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English – Written and spoken
