Our client is looking for a talent extensive knowledge and understanding of both Casino and Sportsbook.

The role of Gaming Manager is a key part of the Product team, who will work closely with the Gaming Executive and the Content Manager, and will report directly into the Head of Products.

Focus:

Your focus will be ensuring an outstanding player experience right from the first deposit, with the main goal of extending CLTV, improving ROI and reduce churn to the minimum. Creating and managing Promotions from scratch, while reporting on KPIs would be your daily duty.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promotions creation, monitoring and management for Sportsbook, Casino and Poker
  • Daily reporting to the Head of Product about KPIs set and running campaigns
  • Liaise with the Customer Support agents to ensure every process is carried out correctly and informing them on new campaigns and offers
  • Support the Head of Product in desiging UX, setting up integration roadmaps and the overall vision for both Sportsbook and Casino development
  • Report monthly to the business about products results, current campaigns and upcoming products to develop.
  • Support games integrations on the Product side, coordinating between teams both internally and externally
  • Liaise with third parties (content, designers, PM, etc.) to promote product awareness, branding and maximum reach for the Online business products
  • Maintain relationships with game content suppliers planning and ensuring the timely launch of new games, fix of upcoming issues and the correct functioning of all integrated features
  • Assist with various related tasks, as directed by the Head of Product

Essential:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience as online Casino or Sportsbook manager, Promotions Manager or alternatively a proven experience on CRM dynamics from a product perspective
  • A sincere passion for B2C and great knowledge of what constitutes a great online customer experience
  • Proven experience with IMS
  • A basic knowledge of the Italian online market and AAMS procedures
  • Top level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • English language
  • Highly structured and the ability to deliver top quality work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to execute all aspects of a project from a conception to completion.
  • Ability and flexibility to work well under tight deadlines.

Assets:

  • Italian or Spanish language
  • Knowledge of BeeHive or other CRM softwares
  • Degree in Economics or Business Analysis
