About the company

Here at Pentasia we are working with one of the biggest names in odds comparisons a global brand that are currently 107 strong in there London office and looking to grow exponentially in 2019, they are currently undertaking some very exciting projects and are looking to use data and develop a data strategy to propel the company and drive these new projects forward.

I am looking for an accomplished Customer Insight Manager who can lead and develop the Insight team

Reporting to the Head of International Products, you will work closely with the design and tech teams, ensuring delivery of roadmaps in what is an exciting and crucial time for the business.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Input to and help deliver our Customer Insight strategy, to improve and develop user experience across our products
  • Use analysis and develop wider user feedback channels to gain insights into our users
  • Create a connection between the company and our users, based on trust and credibility, looking to always exceed our users expectations
  • Manage effective customer segmentation and profiling for all channels to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Own report development and delivery, and input into the product roadmap
  • Feed into the continuous A/B testing strategy to validate customer feedback
  • Run and manage workshops, forums, communities etc. with our customers
  • Be an internal ambassador in the promotion and education of ‘user experience’

We need someone who is…

  • Degree educated
  • Significant experience in a Customer Insights position, ideally within ecommerce
  • Expert knowledge of customer experience programmes including surveying and metrics
  • Immersed in the Customer Insights industry, aware of industry developments and innovation
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
  • A genuine interest in customer insight and ideally, interest in the sports or betting industries
  • Naturally analytical, dynamic and ambitious
  • Always looking for new opportunities for the business and regularly driving conversations around how things can be improved
  • Decisive and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
