Premier online gaming operator (real money) seeks a strong CRM/Retention Manager for their online casino product line. You will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing and optimising CRM & promotional activities for the casino brand in the regulated NJ marketplace and beyond!
Your main objectives are to reduce churn, optimise conversion, increase customer yield, and increase customer satisfaction and engagement via exciting promotions & campaigns and automated life cycles.

Your qualifications and experience
3+ years of CRM and Retention experience in the digital e-commerce or gaming industries.
Strong business acumen and the ability to work against set targets
Gaming experience is highly preferred
Experience in highly regulated environment is also preferred
