The iGaming Academy is looking for an experienced Account Manager with B2B experience and strong client management background.
Managing existing client relationships
Managing client online learning platforms by setting up and rolling out online training
Proactively maintaining contact with clients and providing regular updates on IGA products and services
Presenting IGA products and services in a structured professional way
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B role
Strong client management background
Strong interpersonal, relationship building and team building skills
Excellent written communication and presentation abilities
Possess a high proficiency in oral and written English
Previous work experience in the iGaming sector would be considered an advantage
